📦 Returns Eligibility

You may return an item if:

  • It’s unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging are intact

  • You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Underwear, swimwear, or personal hygiene items

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or strong scents (like perfume)

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you via email

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, please:

  1. Return the item for a refund

  2. Place a new order for the item you want

❌ Damaged or Wrong Item?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost or offer a full refund.

Our return address will be shared with you by email once your return is approved. Please do not send items back without confirmation, as this may delay your refund.
